Privacy Policy — Xorino Log

This is an English translation; the German version below is legally authoritative. / Dies ist eine englische Übersetzung; die deutsche Fassung unten ist rechtlich maßgeblich.

In short: your data never leaves your device.

Xorino Log processes location data, motion/activity data and the trips calculated from them exclusively locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs, no servers.

  • Location & motion: used only for automatic trip detection, only on the device, including in the background (after your explicit consent in the app).
  • Your trip data: lives in the app’s local database. Exports (PDF/CSV) and backups are transferred only by you, to destinations of your choice (e.g. your own Google Drive); we have no access to them.
  • Purchases: are handled by Google Play (as its own data controller: Google); we receive no personal data in the process beyond the anonymous order confirmations provided by Play.
  • Permissions: location (including background), activity recognition, notifications — each used only for the purposes stated above.
  • Support: if you write us an e-mail, we process your address only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR) and delete it afterwards.

Kurzfassung: Deine Daten verlassen dein Gerät nie.

Xorino Log verarbeitet Standortdaten, Bewegungs-/Aktivitätsdaten und die daraus berechneten Fahrten ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät. Wir erheben, speichern, übertragen und teilen keinerlei personenbezogene Daten. Es gibt keine Konten, keine Werbung, kein Tracking, keine Analyse-SDKs, keine Server.

  • Standort & Bewegung: nur zur automatischen Fahrterkennung, nur auf dem Gerät, auch im Hintergrund (nach deiner ausdrücklichen Zustimmung in der App).
  • Deine Fahrtdaten: liegen in der lokalen Datenbank der App. Export (PDF/CSV) und Backups überträgst nur du selbst, an Ziele deiner Wahl (z. B. dein eigenes Google Drive); darauf haben wir keinen Zugriff.
  • Käufe: werden von Google Play abgewickelt (eigener Verantwortlicher: Google); wir erhalten dabei keine personenbezogenen Daten außer den von Play bereitgestellten anonymen Bestellbestätigungen.
  • Berechtigungen: Standort (auch Hintergrund), Aktivitätserkennung, Benachrichtigungen — jeweils nur für die oben genannten Zwecke.
  • Support: Schreibst du uns eine E-Mail, verarbeiten wir deine Adresse nur zur Beantwortung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b/f DSGVO) und löschen sie danach.
